Housing Choice Vouchers - Currently, the Section 8 wait list is closed. 

Public Housing - *Effective 1.1.2025, the Public Housing waiting list will ONLY be open for ONE-bedroom apartments to seniors (ages 62 and older).

In-person application assistance is available at OHA’s office at 1823 Harney St. 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. If eligible and documentation is provided, preferences are available for Mobility, Displaced, and Senior (62 and older). See online application for preference details. Applications are placed on the waiting list in date/time order. Preference points can move an application higher on the waiting list.
